What once began as a small initiative has developed into one of the most popular pre-Christmas markets between Munich and Augsburg. Preparations start weeks in advance in the castle kitchen - with a lot of manual labour, commitment and support from the whole family. In addition to home-baked biscuits, visitors can expect a lovingly organised Advent market, musical accompaniment, activities for children, church services and guided tours.
